How I Started:
I was always interested in fitness. The skinny girls in the magazines didn't appeal to me at all. I always liked a more toned and muscular look and decided to do what i needed to do to get it. Became a member at a local gym and picked up some weights. I love the way It makes you feel!!
Why I Love It:
I'm still on my journey of my transformation but when i walk in a room i want people to know i work out and lift weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy, I look in the MIrror! LOL

I can see my triceps, biceps now. I can also see a major chage in my legs(definition)

Goal (Long):
All my life I've wanted that tone and sexy body but never had the determination to really lose the weight.I feel better than ever now that i have drop 90 lbs and have gone from a size 16 to a 6.This in it self has been life changing and made me realize I can acheive my goals if I keep at it.My plan now is to lose 15 more lbs and build some serious muscle in the process!
