My aunt was previously a figure competitor although she now does bodybuilding. I used to go and see her and it motivated me to eat healthy and workout more often. Soon I learned more and more about training and nutrition. Now working out is just a normal part of my life and I hope to get my body ready for competition.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a feeling of motivation accomplishemtn and I love seeing the changes in my body from week to week
How I Stay Motivated:
I worked at a nutrition resaurant with other competitors, so it has been easier for me. Junk is just not part of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
I dropped 16% body fat in the last two years.
5th place@ 2007 garden state championships
I won 1st and Overall for Teen Figure in the 2007 Teen National Bodybuilding, Figure & Fitness Championships

this is right before i started weight training...i was running my ass off everyday for no reason..haha
