From when i was about in 5th grade til 10th i was pretty chunkie and out of shape. so i decided to start doing something about it.
Why I Love It:
Just the benifits of being in shape and healthy. Plus having an above average apperance that people notice.

I want to be able to gain alot in my muscle mass but i want to stay lean while doing so..
Goal (Long):
Basically i want to be bigger. The thing is that i dont want to sacrifice my apperance in order to do so. And in doing that i am not eating as i need to in order to gain mass. I want my bench to go up substantially. I want to be able to keep my apperance of being swollen outside of the gym rather than as soon as i loose my pump my muscles shrink back down.

Read, read, read! Building size or cutting up - you have to know your recipe for your body. Protein is #1 for size 1-2 grams per body pound and if you are very active you have to have the carbs for energy. You will make mistakes, so pay attention.

yeah man definetly up the calorie intake but dont go overboard man. once you go overboard then you start gettin fat put on and the definition will slowly go away. So yeah eat boiled eggs and eat the yolk along with the whites too like the guys before me said in his comment. Just remember what i said though man DONT GO OVERBOARD! what helped me alot though man was taking at least 6 protein shakes a day. How much cardio are you doing?

hey bro, One thing that help me out really keep lean and gain some mass was doing 4 boiled eggs everyday, eat one whole egg and the rest of em just the white, another one is on protein shakes add some plain oats, to put on some size... remember to keep track of many calories u intake a day and such , findout your BMR and from that add about 200 calories to 300 more... if u wann gain and stay lean..

hey rick man. names fletch and a lil advice for ya. One of the biggest things you can really do to gain mass and get a nice defintion is to have a good healthy diet man. I mean like chicken, fish, lean ground beef, LOTS of vegetables and Fruit. Something to help out when you are on the go is to have those V8 juice cans with you. Those help out in a bind. Hit me up if you need any advice man. lata bro
