Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back and Biceps 20 minutes of cardio
Thursday - Off
Friday - Traps and Shoulders 20 minutes of cardio
Saturday - Bicep Triceps super set

yeah you are right & i dont want to work 10x harder..ive come to far...just need to push. yeah the alcohol was from my problems. i was just bragging on myself the other day about how i stopped drinking & now look at me. thanks for writing me & thinking about me.
Yes, the first pic was right after bulking. To cut up I slowly lowered the carbs by 50-100 grams per week. Once I got down to like 6% bodyfat I then completely eliminated the carbs all together but boosted my fat intake to compensate. That will send your body into a state of ketosis (you can research ketosis on bodybuilding.com supersite by typing it in). That holds on to most of your muscle while the fat melts off. I also did 2 cardio sessions a day for the last month.
30? wow thats great. Keep it up..ready to see all of this..lol. Sorry your abs are fading but that happens. I know you will get them back after this phase of training. TRAIN HARD & NEVER STOP!!! -Brittnie
Keep it up brother!! Your lookin great. Its always awesome to see other people devoted to fitness for different reasons (being onstage as a musician) but all sharing a love for fitness and overall health. Keep up the strong work!!!!
Yeah I know what you mean. Sometimes you've really just got to bear down and push through. With six pounds to go man, maintain your focus and maybe add a couple extra hundred calories a day. You can get it.
Thanks for the message Matt! We all seem to know what to do, but its a matter of taking the risk and doing it. It all depends, too, on how hard youre working the body. Some workouts require more rest than others!
