How I Started:	It was love at first lift...it just grew on me. It's gotta be the greatest gift you can give to yourself.
Why I Love It:	It's a passion and a life long challenge of mine. It's part of who I am and I'll stick with it through the good and the bad, but it's pretty much all good.
How I Stay Motivated:	Seeing others work just as hard or harder than me. Getting a solid pump and feeling the muscle really puts the nail in the coffin.
