I really want to be at my goal weight by April 28.2008. I don't want to be ashamed of my wedding photos, so I really want this. I think that the thought of those photos alone should keep me motivated, but if that isn't enough, the doctor telling me I have high cholestorol at 22 will.
I do 30 minutes each on the bicycle and treadmill 4 days a week. Then, Monday's and Thursday's I work out my entire upper body. On Wednesday and Friday, I work out my entire lower body. I am not going very heavy on anything, and I am doing everything with 4 sets of 20 reps. For my upper body,...
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
You're making some great progress. I bet that you've lost alot of inches besides weight. Keep up the great work. If I can be of some kind of help let me know.
Mandy, Glad that you are taking steps towards losing weight, feeling great and living longer.Remember to set realistic goals, it didnt come on in a week/month, it wont come off in a week/month.

Welcome to bb.com. That was the 1st step. Now you need to set goals, whether it is pounds, inches or whatever that you would like to lose. It will be easier to have something concrete to go after. Good luck
