What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Wake up and get pumped that it's training day! Focus on what you're going to work on (check in the mirror if it helps) way before you step foot into the gym.

Hah, you do complexes in place of cardio as well? I thought I was about to be the only person trying to do that. Then again, doing them postworkout kicks butt and I haven't been completely consistent with it.
