Things are going great man. I finally broke 160 today, now I've just got to make my way up to 170. How about you, how have things been?

It's tough man. If you really want to put on mass, you really can't be afraid of gaining a bit of fat. If you want to try and stay as lean as possible, spread your food across as many meals as possible. Just make sure that you still eat a LOT of food.

Hey man, not too bad. I'm still trying to recover from some illness I had last week. How about you?

Nice PR there man. Your chest definitely seems to be one of your best muscle groups. That sucks with the exams though. I hate when things interfere with my routine like that. Good luck on your exams anyway!

I've already gained back 3 pounds. The rest should come back soon. Luckily my strength has fully returned. I was actually able to set a new squat PR today, and I've only been well again for two days. How are things going for you?

Haha, thanks man. Bulking is never a bad option; plateaus usually require some sort of drastic action.

It's going absolutely great right now. I've actually gained about 20lbs since August. How are things going for you? You're looking huge man!

That sucks that there are no gaps. If you ever come across some inexpensive whey protein (compared to the prices there), then you could bake some protein bars to take with you to eat in between classes. Oatmeal, flax, and whey protein will give you all of the fats, protein, and carbs you need each meal.

I know how you feel. Even my schooling gets in the way of my meals. It can be a bit of a struggle shoving down 2 or 3 meals worth of food at a single sitting, and sometimes it's best not to. Do you have any time in between classes/lectures?

I'm the same way with a lot of my friends. My commitment to my nutrition/routine is what has kept me above the rest.

Ouch, that's incredibly expensive. I spend about half of that for a 5lb tub. You really shouldn't feel like vomiting, what's your diet look like?

That's definitely a good thing; alcohol slows progress like there's no tomorrow.

I love starting new routines. They're always exciting to try out, and my weight usually shoots up after starting a new one. The weight gainers can be pretty expensive. It's a lot more financially and nutritionally viable to spend that money on food instead. The only problem is that cooking food can take a big chunk of your time (eating 6-8 meals a day).

I know exactly what you mean. That's the biggest reason I don't really party, it takes away from my drive.

$1100 shouldn't take too long to acquire. How many hours are you getting a week?
