When I Started:
How I Started:
I started out in high school and have been on and off since. I liked the way my body has changed but I never really took it seriously. Once I got into my occupation I realized I needed all the strength and endurance I could get.
Why I Love It:
Pushing my body to the limit and the next day feeling. I love challenging myself to do more than I did the previous workout. The burn and the sweat each workout gets me fired up!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that each day I come to work somebody would love to kick my ass!!!
My goal is to gain as much strength as possible while cutting down my body fat.
Goal (Long):
I just don't want to look good but I want to impress people in the gym and in every day life with my strength. One thing that bothers me about this website are these guys with built bodies but they don't put down how much weight they are lifting. I would like to lose 20 pounds in the next year but this isn't a set amount. I am not sure what weight I want to be at but I will know by the way I look. I just want to be fit so I can perform well in my job when duty calls. I want to live a healthy life so I won't have to worry about my health later in life. I don't really want to set overall lifting goals because no matter how high I set them, it won't ever be enough. So I will set my lifting goals a little bit at a time and look at my charts to see how much strength I have gained in the long run. Happy lifting!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

I am tired of hearing excuses for everything. I would do this or do that but.... Geez, enough already. I use to make excuses for everything in my life that I failed at. I would make excuses for being overweight, for being lazy, and everything else. I have come to a point in my life that...
I went a few times last week, but I'm not going as consistently as I was. There is a lot going on for me these days and unlike many others, the gym doesn't help me with my stress the same as it can other people. So it's not my top priority at the moment, but I'll get back to it. :)
How was your weekend?
hey... not bad how are you? Missed the gym yesterday and today, so I'll have to make up for it by going Saturday. I'm bored @ work these days, so it's not the gym i'm avoiding... it's work lol.
Well okay, here try this. You get hungry stay away from the junk food. You are just wanting carbs. Drink a crap load of water as well. I don't know maybe that will help.
