Just being sick of doing it on and off and going back and forth between being healthy and unhealthy. It's time for a change.
Why I Love It:
I don't necessarily love working out. In fact, it's one of my least favorite things to do. But the ends certainly justify the means and it's the only way to positively change yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site, me and Andrew kicking each other's asses, the penalty jar, looking at myself in the mirror every day.

I got back last night from my trip to baltimore for the weekend. Nice city, great ballpark (loved seeing the Yanks not get completely buried in the playoff push).

Nothing fancy, pretty much stuck to the basics.
