Just been training tomorrow's AF. Still hitting it pretty hard...5 days a week plus rugby. Getting ready to go to AF Rugby tryouts in Georgia next month. Put weight back on, but look way better at this weight this year than last year and way stronger too!!! Hows civilian lift treatin ya?!?!?

Nope, still lifting. Hit it pretty hard today actually. Put some weight back on, but am back at it now. I'll be back down under 230 in no time. Now that basic is 8.5, Instructors actually get a bit more time to do stuff...like work out and study. So I will be droppin back down to a comp weight and making Tech in Feb!!!

That squat is down a bit...I was over 560. Bum ankle has slowed me down...but I am getting better!!
