Background
Standard garage lifting...lots of bench, curls, bb rows and an occasional lunge/crunch haha I then got into competitive powerlifting in college then transitioned into strongman in 2000.
You get out of it what you put into it... You're generally the only one to blame for anything bad... It's a great stress reliever... You only have one body, better take care of it!!!

Posted in Supplements : Mar 26, 2011 6:04pmhaven't posted in a while and that's not GOOD!! Great workouts this week, awesome DB pressing on tuesday, great bent over rows and pull ups thursday and some deadlifts and squats today... tomorrow-strongman training!

Posted in Supplements : Mar 17, 2011 8:58pmso regarding my last blog entry, bottom line i figured out-i just not eating enough (in general) so that's y i'm always hungry, esp when i'm part way through a workout.
Extremely sore from my workout tuesday (chest/shldrs/tris) which is good. i pushed it as hard as i could.
Pretty good workout today. Always get tired on thurs (early early work mornings and getting to be the end of the week) but hit BB Bent over rows, pull ups and some DB curls today. post workout shake was good too :)

Posted in Supplements : Mar 13, 2011 5:09pmso i was just a bit over-trained i think this week. typical signs-lack of motivation (to do anything really), hungry but nothing sounded good, tired but couldn't sleep, achey, slight cough, etc.. so i slept like 3 hours thurs (instead of doing my "pulling" workout) then was pumped for a big workout saturday. got to the gym and stared out the window the first 10 min. then deadlifted up to 315x10. decided to call it a day. went a ran a few errands, saw the movie "the adjustment bureau" (great flick fyi) and slept like 10 hours last night. got up and did some work thi
