Honestly, Ive been thin all my life, and kinda tall so I guess that means I shouldve been a model. Unfortunately I guess I am not that thin and not that tall as far as the industry of modeling is concerned. I was told that swimsuits and lingerie were going to be the place for me and somehow I needed to loose more weight!! So I kinda left that dream behind cause the stress of losing the weight was too much. So fast forward about 6 months, I am going to the Bahamas and like anyone going on Vacay you gotta loose the pouch and tighten zee buttocks!! And while getting some advice from a trainer friend he advised me that I didnt need to work out so hard unless I was training for a figure girl competition. I was like hmmmm what is this figure girl competition? I knew about bodybuilding but I didnt know there was anything in between. And so I dived into this world of bikini/figure training!!
Why I Love It:
I love the change in energy! I never really played sports when I was younger, I never have had a weight problem, and I have always been one of those eat whatever not gain a thing people (dont hate me) so I never HAD to work out per se but I love the physique of a person who keeps up with thier body and doesnt look like their muscles are kinda wrapped around their bones versus stretched over them. I love the idea of literally morphing your body and the health benefits are amazing!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my butt and stomach and anything that flabs then go to some of the websites of some of the fitness organizations and look at the pictures from their shows and say "Wow I can actually work towards looking like that"!!
She goes from Bikini to figure in a snap (and Im sure a lot of behind the scenes working out lol)! Obviously she works hard and is consistent which is what I strive to be when it comes to this fitness game. Shes just a winner!
So did you have a good time on your vacation? Be careful with your arm, dont push it too hard. So is it pretty hot in Az right now? Im going out there in a few monthes to visit some family.
As long as your seeing results you know your heading in the right direction. :) Just remember it takes time to build your body. Everything is going well with my training right now. I hope you had a awesome workout today!

so far you look pretty good now..adding extra muscle will just be a bonus.. i will guess that your going for the leaner look with more muscle definition maybe? hmmmmmmm..
Thank you very much for the add. Updating stats, once every 2 weeks would show the changes. I think it's more about how you feel. If your diet is clean, you're working hard, you can see the changes in a week. I haven't been too good about updating my stats, but a picture says a thousand words.
