How I Started:
Back in high school gym class, we had the option to go to the weight room instead of playing uninteresting games with uninteresting people. It's been a healthy addiction ever since.
Why I Love It:
It gets my mind off everything else, it feels great, and so do I after a work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I need to know I can depend on my body in any situation. I also genuinely enjoy lifting and working out, so it's easy to get to the gym.

hit your rotator cuff exercises before delts and chest! make sure you get someone in-the-know to show you how to properly perform them otherwise you could end up injuring yourself.
