Have been swimming year round since third grade. My dad lifts everyday and is huge. I got great genetics from him, lifted for swimming until the end of highschool and then focused on getting big.

I went up a little bit in squats again today, I'm gradually gettin back to where I was! Really wasn't feeling too good, I was fighting off some sortof stomach thing.. so doing legs I was running from the weight room to the bathroom the whole time :-/ So I let a good load out before squats and...
I have a pretty good handle on diet as far as how much protein and carbs I should be taking in but I am not sure if I should do a 4 day or 3 day split and how many exercises and sets per body part. I work very hard in the gym and have no ego to worry about squeeze reps and 2 sec up/down rule so I just need some guidance. I really appreciate your response and help.
