hey man thanks for the compliments. those workouts u added are really good ones, i've done them before and was really sore especially on the abductor ones. and hell yes 155, i'm shootin for that weight by at least by mid summer i'll try and hit u up on msn sometime. later!

Thats great bro, i workout 3 times a week to. Your profile pic look awsome, i have no doubt that you will do really great in any competition. And yeah i made my weight goal...it's amazing how much size a person can pack on when their at home all day and can eat a much as they need. Goodluck training bro!

Hey man training is awesome and intense, i gained 8 pounds over christmas break, and i've added at least 10 lbs on every single workout! Good luck on your weight goal, and train hard!

Hey man nice job to you to! Today was like one of the most intensive workouts ever! I've been having troubles with my benching this month so i finally just added 15 pounds and did 3 sets of forced reps....i love it! Good luck on your last months of bulking!

Awesome bro that will certainly add some muscle. Training has been great, i'm taking advantage of the time i have over break to really hit everything hard again and pack on some more mass. Great to hear everything is well!
