when I was a Sophmore in High School I got pushed around a lot by a senior who easily had 80 pounds on me. At the time I was about 120, and as you can imagine when he pushed me I went quite far. His constant criticsm paired with me looking at myself in the mirror with bones sticking out,got me really fired up to workout. I then went to bodybulding.com and found out what the best workout would be for me. For about 3 weeks I did nothing on the computer except research everything about bodybuilding I could. Then I started once I got out of school, and by the end of august of 08 I will have been working out for 3 months.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it makes me feel good, confident, and it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Pretty damned good. Only been hitting three days per week, but super heavy so I need the rest. Gettin a lot stronger and still growing. How has your training been? I see that you hit your last weight goal, congrats.
Training has been good been on a recovery break after i finished my bulk training. Weighed in at 313 and start precontest training next week. Can't wait getting stuff prepared for it this week. Me and training start mapping out our plan of attack the other day. It's going to be great!
