I wanted to lose some fat, so I joined a gym and then started to enjoy exercising and gaining muscle. Exercising has also helped me in my everyday life such as staying focused in school, playing sports, and becoming more social.
Why I Love It:
I admit I enjoy flexing and looking at muscles in the mirror; what guy doesn't? But honestly I like the pump and "high" that I get from working out every time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really enjoy exercising. I also like eating. I try to go about 4 times a week just to keep in shape and feel great but best of all I can eat healthy most of the time and afford to eat sweets every once in a while.
BB Accomplishments:
I've started to lean out quite a bit in the past year. Also I have increased a lot in strength.
