At your age I was 5'4", 130lbs., just a little more cut, & just a little more muscularly developed because I started training in the 10th grade. My point is this, most 19yr.olds don't look like you "C", if you train hard & stay committed you will surpass me by far by the time you hit 31......stay cool & keep fit!
