that sounds like a good plan.. my routine always varies a little but basically the same structure, its the consistency and hard work that keep me fit though, not my routine selection. Hows your summer going?

I basically do 3 sets of all movements and the reps vary. For hanging leg raises do as many as you can! Everything else try 15-20

Not necessarily the case - I don't think I'm overly muscular, but check out my pics - any muscle definition I have is from p90x. You gain lean muscle mass. It's great. Let me know when you're ready to try the program. I'm a p90x coach and I can get you set up! :)
