lizetteswan hallo there, my progress is slow, about 1 kg per week, centimeters total loss so far ranging from 8-14 across problem areas. How do I test strength increase? Or is it just that I manage to increase my weights as I exercise? I guess I must still go for a month, because your exe is not getting easier Jul 18, 2011 5:34am

lizetteswan progress is slow on weight side, loosing about a 1kg per week, cm, lost in total now average of 9cm across areas that have problem. I most probably need to keep going for at least a month, because your exercise you gave me, not easy yet, and still sore... maybe I am just a bit impatient Jul 15, 2011 6:12am

lizetteswan Hallo hope you doing well? How long do you keep a specific exercise(sorry might sound a bit dum) I mean say for instance I want to get my arms define, do I just keep doing the existing exercise until I see results? I mean I cannot just change an exercise routine every 2 weeks, because a muscle don't just get build in 2 weeks, right? keep well ;-) Jun 14, 2011 7:41am

NIguy oh for sure,apparantly he was benching 200kg for '8 easy reps' the last day. I know that lifting is his lifes dedication so when a guy like talks about what he is good at you shut up and listen. Shame others can't seem to grasp that. Unfortunately our training times don't sync so I have not had the pleasure of watching him train. Feb 1, 2010 3:07pm
