How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
This depends. I've heard there is a correlation between how long you rest and what that does for the muscle. I've been experimenting and I find that resting no longer than a minute or going right into...more

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on how heavy the weights are and how much I want to tire myself. I try to go for at least 8 though. If I can't even do 5 then the weight is too much. I don't need to get hurt.
