I'm a bit selfish and I want a strong, attractive body so I can live a healthy life and keep my husband's interest.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself I will kick my own a$$ if I ever let my body degrade back to what it was.
BB Accomplishments:
I have improved my body and health without drastic measures or drugs. I'M NOT HERE TO POST NAKED PICS OR PICK UP GUYS TO IM. Don't waste your time on me.
Keep this great thing going...I have a race to win in 40 years!!
Goal (Long):
I want to keep my body dependable, good looking, fast and strong. I am going to make this a lifelong habit and keep it up no matter what life throws at me.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
This depends. I've heard there is a correlation between how long you rest and what that does for the muscle. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on how heavy the weights are and how much I want to tire myself. I try to go for at least 8 though. If I can't even do 5 then the weight is too much. I don't need to get hurt.

I tried a new type of workout today...more structured than I usually do and with two of my coworkers who are trying to lose weight. It's kind of like circuit training - 20 seconds of squats, ten seconds of rest, then sit ups or flutter kicks, rest, burpees (a wierd combo of squat, push up,...
I try to go to the gym 5 days a week. I aim for 30-45 minutes of cardio and at least 15 minutes of weights. I run 3 days a week and do other cardio like elliptical and walking the other days. I also like to just dance around to my music and have fun, and play racquetball or volleyball. As...
