It was very good. I trained there for 3 months - loved it. Going to train there again when I go back in October. It's for everyone.

Stiff leg deadlifts and squats on the same day.. Rarely do deadlifts (even back then, more so when I started lifting).

Boy, good luck with that run lol, very far. Good luck with that creatine also. I actually haven't been working out, I've kinda been getting discouraged and the fact that it's summer hasn't struck in me any motivation either. Post some progress pics when you can, I'll post mine when I get progress (whenever that will be ::rolls eyes::). You should really consider modeling, you'd make it big for your hieght and the mass, good way to pay off those student loans ;)

1 more question :) when you said to add one extra workout each time did u mean randomly or until i get to do all of them in a day? ::confused:: or 2 each day???
