my goal is to lose 15 lbs and have 4% body fat by april and gain 10 lbs of muscle by feb and get 17.0" arms by April and 18" arms by June and a full 8 pack too .
presently i am very skinny weighing only 61.5 kg.i want to have 72 kg weight.i am not preparing for any competition.i just want to look big,healthy & smart.
