What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I like to start with isolation work as well with triceps. I will usually end an arm day with heavy compound movements like weighted dips or close-grip bench press.

Super high volume, very heavy weight, twice a week, no messin' around.

In the last year I found that working biceps twice a week works best because they recover quickly. I like to pre-exhaust biceps and mix in super-sets, or other intensity techniques to force growth. ...more
