I have been playing football, basketball, and baseball my whole life through high school. Injuries ended my football career last year, freshman year of college and my favorite part was training... so I kept it up.
Why I Love It:
The daily challenge it brings to get better and better. The Pain. The degree of knowledge it requires to make consistent progress and sharing that knowledge with like-minded individuals.
Studying Psychology and Nutritional Science in college allows me to apply what I learn, and I enjoy helping my friends with their goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that consistency has been and will be the key to continued success. Just know that bodybuilding and fitness should enhance all areas of life, understanding this is all the motivation you'll ever need.
BB Accomplishments:
Becoming better, helping others in the process.

Goal (Long):
This is a lifelong journey and I'm committed to continued progress, getting the most out of each day I have because it could all be gone tomorrow. I will finish up with school and earn my Psych and Nutrition degrees as well.
Berto is simply the man. Never hesitates to help someone, spread his knowledge, or share his time and experience with others. Pretty damn good bodybuilder as well.
