To gain muscle to become SOME BODY not just somebody
Goal (Long):
I would love to become the body of a god, zues someone like that. I want to have all well defined muscles and be able to maintain a 5% body fat always no more sometimes less. I would love to compete in body building and power lifting. I want to train hard but not kill myself and go at my own pace and be on my own battle grounds. In other words eat what i want and still hitmy goals. So far so good slow steady and a constant progress every person for them selves leave others behind knock em down hit em hard there can only be one winner, and 2nd place isnt it.

I want to GAIN 30 lb

Well since Jan 07 i started out at 255 pounds, and im 5'11. I have currently droped as of Aug 07 im down to 205. I lifted my max approx 225 then, i have lifted 315 now, and have not maxed out in a few weeks.i currently maxed out 09-02 at 350 once. I have been trying a few different things...
