Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
I want to primarily gain purposeful muscle, not useless "showy" muscle. I want muscle that will actually help me live my life.
Goal (Long):
First, I have already regained my ability to run. Next, I am working on achieving one chin-up (I am close). Then I will focus on multiple chin-ups, inverted situps, and regular pull-ups. Along the way, I want to bench press 200 lbs. Also along the way, I want to lose fat.

I want to LOSE 20 lb

Today I benched 150lbs for the first time.

Last Monday, i did my FIRST complete chin-up since I was in 2nd Grade!!!

pretty good. went to a venue in LA and lost a good 8-9 lbs in 1 night... i think i was holding a lot of water weight, how about you?
