This was taken in March of 2008. I had been working out in weight training at school but nothing serious. I had too much body fat and too little muscle. 175 lbs

two months after my last back pic. A little bit of difference. im working hard on definition and lat spread while bulking little bit! 176 lbs approx.

About eight or nine months later. I have been training hard since June and am now OBSESSED! 169 lbs, much leaner. ( the lightest I was after cutting fat was in august at 155 lbs).....

The beginning of the New Year. I want to put on at least 5-10 lbs of lean muscle by this time next year. My back is starting to look good though :]
