When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
I have always been involved with sports. I took a weight training class my junior year in high school. I was impressed at how quick i gained muscle and got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to lift more than i lifted the week before. I love feeling confident and healthy. I also am very interested in health, fitness and nutrition.
How I Stay Motivated:
My brother and workout partners, my girlfriend, family and career goals.
This was taken in March of 2008. I had been working out in weight training at school but nothing serious. I had too much body fat and too little muscle. 175 lbs
two months after my last back pic. A little bit of difference. im working hard on definition and lat spread while bulking little bit! 176 lbs approx.
Within the next 3-5 years i plan to gain 20-30 lbs of lean muscle and stay a low body fat percentage. I want to keep the cuts i have but obviously make all of my muscles considerably larger. I would also like my bench press max to be 405 or greater and my squat to be 500 or greater.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5.5%

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
nice transformation pics...look shredded in that back double bicep...great delts work...I haven't seen a 30" waist in 30 years! Congrats...stay on it, bro.
