Background

When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I have always been involved with sports. I took a weight training class my junior year in high school. I was impressed at how quick i gained muscle and got hooked.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love being able to lift more than i lifted the week before. I love feeling confident and healthy. I also am very interested in health, fitness and nutrition.

12 week transformation challenge

Wow what a journey! Let me begin by saying that the last 12 weeks have been the craziest of my entire life. I have never put so much effort, time, and sacrifice into any event. This is saying a lot from a guy coming from a competitive high school sports career. In the last 84 days I have overcome sickness, injury, pain, sadness, and even brief starvation to reach my goal and let me just say that I would go back and do it all again in a heartbeat.
