Hi Rafael,
Thanks for your sweet comment. My macros vary and it changes from time to time as my goals change and my activity levels change. I don't do the low carb thing...I have to focus at work. I eat moderate protein and carbs and low fat...2 healthy food cheat meals a week and one small cheatt like cheese or anything else if I'm craving. Other than that I keep it squeeky clean at every other meal.
