What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I do 20-30 min. of Tae BO with my good friend Billy. Then throw on some SOAD to help me shredd!
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If a person does this in the gym full of people it can seem that they are showing off. I do this, but only at home in my dungeon

Well folks, it has been a long time. I have now found out I cannot pursue my dream in bodybuilding. I have a herniated disk and my spine has developed in a way which cannot stand anymore weight on my shoulders. I have been advised that I can lift weights but to not put 'any' pressure on my back....

Lots of luck with your weight loss and with putting on lean muscle.
I found that eating 4 to 6 small, clean meals a day and working hard at the gym really made changes happen fast.
Keep pumpin' that iron and you will see lots of good things happen for you.
