What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I do 20-30 min. of Tae BO with my good friend Billy. Then throw on some SOAD to help me shredd!

Well folks, it has been a long time. I have now found out I cannot pursue my dream in bodybuilding. I have a herniated disk and my spine has developed in a way which cannot stand anymore weight on my shoulders. I have been advised that I can lift weights but to not put 'any' pressure on my back....

Lots of luck with your weight loss and with putting on lean muscle. I found that eating 4 to 6 small, clean meals a day and working hard at the gym really made changes happen fast. Keep pumpin' that iron and you will see lots of good things happen for you.
