This shows my free fat mass evolution over the years. A kind of chart I think bodyspace.com should have in bodyspacers's profile, along with the simple weight and other measurements. Please comment on that.

13 / May / 2009 - 74kg, 11%BF, 66Kg FFM. I think it's quite noticeable the late lack of warming up cardio, at least. Will try to correct that.
