It's been hard with college. But yeah in fact, some good numbers on the bench press (for me). Although I believe I'm starting to get some shoulder lesions... kindof a bummer. How 'bout you and that wrecked knee. What's that all about?

Hey baby! :* :) Just dropping by to tell you that I'm REALLY proud of your progress fitness wise, cause you've definitely gained some good amount of lean muscle, and anyone can really see how much great potential you've got. I know you don't think so,but it's really noticeable anytime I look at your beautifully fitness muscled arms and shoulders.

Hey! I've tried the flipped grip with the barbell rows, and it actually also works well! ;) =D I mean, just look at my charts =P today I went up sky high (for me :P ) So yeah. That worked! thanks! Let me know if there's something wrong in doing that on that exercise. Thanxs again!

Wow man! Hell of a story! I myself got a bit of a eating difficulty to not skip meals. That's my contest for life, I guess, so that's what's allways been keeping me from progressing faster. Any tips on that? =)
