Grew up loving comic hero's lifestyles. As a child I had 3 wishes: Guess what one of them was... and later...
I started since I saw this complete guide about bodybuilding, and bought it, and read from the first to the last page, with all the attention I could get. Started doing a few abs and push-ups and biceps with "small" aerobic dumbbells (3Kgs) that really pumped me up at that time.
I only started really focused, constant and never skiping a workout, and paying all the attention I could get to nutrition since 2008, since my girlfriend (lneves) has been working out with me. THANK YOU lneves! =)
Why I Love It:
I love to see how it instantly changes my body, slowly becoming closer and closer to those you can see in action hero movies.

How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly:
Seeing progress in what I'm doing.
Seeing profiles and pics and vids of how I'm gonna become and what it takes to get there.

Girls.... and now,... my girlfriend (lneves) =)
She doesn't go for fat at all, so I know I've got to dry it up and turn my skinny bod into one of those male model bodies she likes :)
BB Accomplishments:
- Summer of 2009: Girlfriend saying that has been noticing that my back is already pretty much in that V-Tapper shape she likes. =) =) =)
Also: Becoming stronger and in better shape than my cousin, who's always been in gyms and preached me about bb.
- Spring of 2009: Girlfriend saying that has been noticing that my guns are already pretty much developed the size she likes. :)
- GAINED 6kg (13lbs) LEAN MUSCLE MASS
- Jogging for 20Kms in 2:20 hours

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 min - 1min30sec. For optimized growth. It takes a while to make gains in the forearms, but check out these http://www.leehayward.com/heav ygrips.htm
you should be able to find something like this at your local fitness store. I wouldn't recommend straps because you won't make any gains in your forearms. If you can find an old car battery pick it up by the sides and walk around holding it by your finger tips, it will help make great gains.
I kept my bf% around 10-12%....anything higher for me was not good. As a thinner person the first gains you SHOULD notice would be lean ones...Then after a while you might not seem as cut but still "bulking". If your bf% in my opinion is above 12%, you might need to look over your calorie/fat intake.

Biggest contribution? erm, i'd say calorie counting. knowing exactly how to manipulate your body/weight/fat/muscle etc just by changing the ammount you eat is an amazing feeling
