How I Started:
I started since I saw this complete guide about bodybuilding, and bought it, and read from the first to the last page, with all the attention I could get. Started doing a few abs and push-ups and biceps with "small" aerobic dumbbells (3Kgs) that really pumped me up at that time.
Why I Love It:
I love to see how it instantly changes my body, slowly changing it closer and closer to those you can see in action hero movies.

She doesn't go for fat at all, so I know I've got to dry it up and turn my skinny bod into one of those male models bodies she likes :)

Nice pecks and bigger arms and strength.
Jogging for 20Kms in 2:20 hours
GAINED 4kg (8.8lbs) LEAN MUSCLE MASS

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1 min - 1min30sec. For optimized growth. I used to rest 3 to 5 mins sometimes while hitting really heavy wheights, but I've come to the conclusion that it only gave me strenght, and not size (hypertrophy).1 min - 1min30sec.
