When I Started: Jun, 1996
How I Started: I started since I saw this complete guide about bodybuilding, and bought it, and read from the first to the last page, with all the attention I could get. Started doing a few abs and push-ups and biceps with "small" aerobic dumbbells (3Kgs) that really pumped me up at that time.
Why I Love It: I love to see how it instantly changes my body, slowly changing it closer and closer to those you can see in action hero movies.

How I Stay Motivated: Mostly:
Seeing progress in what I'm doing.

Music,
Girls.... and now,... my girlfriend (lneves) =)

She doesn't go for fat at all, so I know I've got to dry it up and turn my skinny bod into one of those male models bodies she likes :)
BB Accomplishments: Nice pecks and bigger arms and strength.

Jogging for 20Kms in 2:20 hours

GAINED 4kg (8.8lbs) LEAN MUSCLE MASS

Today my graphs went all the way down. Is it inspiring? Hell no.

 Why? Cause I reviewed my form and resting periods between sets.

 Is it worth it?

HELL YEAH!!!

The pump is back!

Hypertrophy is back!

Injuries, ego and exaustion between workouts are gone!
