How I Started:
I originally started when I joined the high school wrestling team and wanted to get alittle stronger. After that my last year I quit wrestling because I wanted to become a freak.
Simply put, I want to gain muscle be more lean and vascular, to put it shirt and sweet I want to be a freak.
Goal (Long):
Many people bodybuilding idolize Arnold but me it's gotta be hands down Franco Columbu. To me that is the perfect body and I want it. What I want is to develop my upper pectoral so you can see a distinct sepperation of the lower and upper pectorals. I also want to build strong defined abdominals and last but not least get great thighs by working on mass, shape and seperation between each of the important quadriceps.
I have added a new goal that I am going to be working on its a long term goal but its going to keep me motivated.
This time next year July 25th I would like to compete in my very first body building competition.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
If I could have any Celebrities body it would have to be one from the bodybuilding world and thats Franco Columbu. Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Arms/Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
*Repeat - Sunday rest.
**Calves and Abs everyday
***Ever exercise consits of 4 sets which are pyramid sets. reps go from 12 - 6 where weight is increased each set unless otherwise stated.

And you're right.. I have a lot more muscle to build before I've got something impressive to show off. I've been sick with the flu for the last two days and today and haven't had the energy to train :( but that means I'll just have to push harder once I'm well and able :)
I am just coming back from a few months on hiatus. I'm more motivated than ever, though!! So results should happen rather quick :P
