How I Started:
I was tired of being a skinny kid in the 6th grade so I grabbed my bro's two 8 lb. dumbells and just started doing a bunch of flyes, presses and curls in my bedroom. I would even leg-press my bed. I didn't fully know what I was doing at the time but it did make a difference in the first year.
Why I Love It:
It's a great motivator/stress-reliever. The greatest part is taking myself beyond what I thought were my limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the bigger guy next to me lifting more than I am...hey, I have a bit of the short guy syndrome.
