Its easy for me to stay motivated since I have a real passion for the sport. I compete in mens physique which makes me strive to look the best I can since Im competing against some of the best physiques in the Country. It also helps me to stay motivated because I just think of how far I've come and Im not one to just settle. I like to be able to set a good example for others and motivate others.

Sounds like we're both on the gain at the same time. I've got a 19day vacation in Cape Town South Africa Mid Dec to Early Jan which is preventing me from bulking quickly. Wanna look good for the beach ;-)
