Merry Christmas Ben! Thanks Ben for your comments and support. I've been working hard and hope to keep it up. I've always been able to do it for a while but now I want to do it for a lifetime. Ben, just dropping by to see how your training is coming. I hope you've been able to keep training hard with your busy school schedule. I'm sticking to my diet/weight lifting schedule pretty well with hopes of turning up the intensity in January. Post some new progress pics when you have a chance and keep training hard....summer/beach time will be just around the corner. KEN
