man, u godda start measuring ur arms unflexed so its more accurate. I was shittin my pants seeyin the 14.75 arm measurement. Nice squat by the way.

Thats dude, i actually turn 16 on the 20th, oh and the ride is buddy of mines car. About your squat, are u lyin cause that seems a little high for your weight.

Aye thanks for the advice with the 5x5 workout for my bench, i increased my 1rm by 20lbs in two weeks, but i was still wondering, should i increase the weight with each set, or just keep it at a single, moderatly high amount. Thanks again for the advice, it really helped out.

Basically just bench. My school really doesnt have a lot of equipment for it. Do u have any good ideas for chest workout that would include a barbell or curl bar?

i feel like im gettin stuck in the 180-185 range. My football coaches have a regimine for bench which i think is bullshit. We do 3 sets of 5 reps, but i think i would get better results if i did 3 sets of 8-10 reps. What do u think works best? Would any kind of auxilaries help me make better gains? Im not able to get much help from most of the articles on BB.com

Aye u got any good advice on how to improve my bench? Im tryin to get my max to 200 by around the end of June, and it seems like it might be possible to do it if i did something differently.

Are u doing squats at all, cause u havent registered a stat for it. I f u arent, ur missing out, it should give u an overflow affect for your other lifts. It will help u gain weight, and help u increase your testosterone than any other lifts because of the muscles it works out and how large they are.
