I want to look and feel like a badass. I am not confident at all with women, and I feel that that could change if I felt that I was better than the other guys. And have a midget rockclimb me.

Well, I don't really have much experience with a 5x5 program. Here's a link that you might be interested in though (remove the spaces): http://www.geocities.com/elite madcow1/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5 .htm
I prefer 4 sets of 8 to 12 for building musckles. Sounds like your coach is working on strength, maybe? But still, 3x5 doesn't seem like even enough to do that, really. More like 5x5. Check the 'Exercises' forum...there's a thread about it now.
Thanks for the comment, it was very sweet! Good luck with your goals as well. Be sure to visit www.muscleupgear.com and vote for me as the model of the month. I appreciate the support!
Thanks, I don't FEEL massive! My routine-journal is @ the Training Log Page. I'm lucky, I'm just short enuff that gaining a little mass is really noticeable.
