p_trainer4u Glad to hear your back. Weights are the way to go. I max the push-ups by only doing bench and flies and shoulders. I rarley do push-ups. And thanks to my PT, I only do incline 4-6 on the treadmill for 20 mintues. Have a great day. Sep 4, 2010 12:09am
