Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?

Well I am starting to see some muscle in my legs and arms, now just need to burn off some of the fat that is in and around the muscle. I have also noticed that my right leg is more muscled than the left, which last time this happened to me I had issues with my right knee. So I guess I'm going...

hey that workout should be okay if you're only doing 1 or 2 sets to failure. my trainer has me doing a push /pull routine that is somewhat similar. it's a tough w/out.keep it up.

saw your post in the group about how often to change your routine. I would suggest every 6 weeks. hope this helps and good luck with your goals
