I'm trying to lose about ten more pounds and get down to 180lbs with 6% bodyfat. After that I am going to slowly try and lift my way up to 200lbs while staying between 6-8% bodyfat.
At the moment i have a bit of fat around my stomach due to bad eating habits in the past, so i would like to get rid of that, while still gaining size. I am currently 85 kgs and would like to get up into the 90 kg range without the fat.
