Background

When I Started: Dec 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I was a competetive swimmer for 7 years and when i lost the drive to keep training at a high level i was worried i would loose all my fitness and muscle. so i joined a gym and have been hooked ever since. from that day i have been learning everything i can about the bodybuilding lifestyle
