I started out with just fast walking for 20 minutes a couple days a week, then moved up to jogging for almost an hour 5 days a week. The weight and fat began to melt off and my motivation and mood began to spike.
Why I Love It:
No matter how tired I feel before going to the gym, I will force myself to go because the rewarding feeling and the mood I feel afterward is more than I can describe. It is so uplifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the little progress every morning when I look in the mirror keeps me going. I sleep better, I feel better, I am more confident, and overall I have more energy.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, I have lost 42 pounds from my heaviest weight by only doing cardio exercises. I am looking forward to incorporating weightlifting and toning my body further.

thats awesome and good to hear! for me its hard to find motivation working long hours but on days when it rains like today im happy to get good rest and a great lift in!
