How I Started:
Just got too tired of looking like a stim. Family always said I looked like a little branch since I was so skinny. Motivated myself into wanting to be bigger.
Why I Love It:
Good way to spend some of my time, throw my anger towards. Challenging for a new goal. Always loved success so I push myself towards anything I want to accomplish.

Reading about bodybuilders and thinking of newer goals to accomplish or just starring at my weights.
Well, first im going to give out a quick exciting change in my life. January 14th 2:47pm my daughter was born, 6pounds 8 ounces and 18 1/2 inches long. I'm proud to be a father of a new child in this life,things will be alot more difficult for me but I will squeeze a newer schedule or perhaps...
In my question section I have pretty much my whole meal plan laid out. It totals out to be about 3200-3300 calories for bulking. I've spend a lot of time perfecting it, but it may help you decide on foods and such. Lift hard!!! Good Luck!
Hey Luis, and thanks for the Christmas wishes. I hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New year to you. You are looking great man and I can't wait to see those abs in the next 3-4 months. I hope to see some by no later than the end of 2009. I've got a lot of work to go and plan on getting back in the gym and on the diet tomorrow. Now lets get in there and make it happen!!
