LOL....ain't that the truth! I'm trying. I was sick for the last 2 wks so I was out of commission. I'm good now though & I truly need to increase my intensity as well.

Thx. No I'm not. I'm just doing regular strength training now. I was 6 for the last 2 wks so I was pretty much out of commission on the workout tip. I'm good now though :o).

Hey there! The progress is slow right now. I was sick for the last 2 wks so my wkts suffered :o(. I'm good now though & I'm getting back on track. I need to kick butt though b/c my B-Day isn't too far away.

LOL....I am totally done w/ the soft batches for a while AND I didn't go through the whole month w/ no cheat foods. After 2 wks, I made Saturday my cheat day again, but I don't overdue it. I was pretty sick for the past 2 wks so my wkts suffered :o(. I'm good now though. How r u?

LOL...u r soooo right! Well, for April, I've decided to go the whole 30 days with NO cheat anything. I did this back in January---it was sooo boring....LOL....but I gotta do what I gotta do :o)
