going back in time to the schedule of my first four weeks of the 69 day programme, only this time I'm doing it with proper nutrients.

Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Glutes
Day 4 - Traps, Calves, & Forearms
Day 5 - Shoulders
Day 6 - Biceps
Day 7 - Triceps

and variations. I'm still figuring out which exercises I'll do. My original schedule was a wee bit cluttered/unbalanced, so I still need to tinker it.
