What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Heck I do it alot recently! It means youre actually lifting the weight!Plus im listening to music and too focused to notice.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
