How I Started:
I was a 140 pounds with NO muscle what so ever. I was in an environment where the big survive. So i started up and loved it!
Why I Love It:
I love the self confidence it gives me and the praise i get from others it makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it! I remember what i want and who i want to be.
BB Accomplishments:
135 pounds to 170 pounds in 1 year, arms for 13in to 16in also

im a beginner too but I think as long as you can keep some variety in workouts so you wanna keep goin to the gym then ur doin good, keep it up man
